The 2021 Oak Knoll Cabernet Sauvignon highlights the unique terroir of Napa Valley's cooler Oak Knoll District. Nestled just north of the city of Napa and influenced by the San Pablo Bay, this AVA is renowned for its moderate climate and diverse soils, producing wines with elegant structure and refined complexity.

Crafted from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine was fermented in a combination of 50% French oak barriques (40% new) and 50% stainless steel tanks, followed by 18 months of aging in French oak (40% new).

On the nose, rich aromas of macerated black cherry, roasted plum, and ancho chile are layered with hints of graphite, shortbread, and savory herbs. The palate is medium-full bodied, offering dense flavors of boysenberry and cherry liqueur, accented by roasted walnut, coffee beans, and allspice.
