VINTAGE NOTES

A dry winter and cool spring delayed bud break and slowed bloom and fruit development.Warmer weather, however, prevailed through summer prompting an early harvest date.The early harvest and reduced yields, a result of drought conditions the last two years, have produced a very expressive vintage featuring concentrated flavorsand bright acidity.

VINEYARD SOURCES

Our Rosé Reserve sources premium grapes from select Napa Valley vineyards across Atlas Peak, Spring Mountain District, Oak Knoll District, Rutherford, Mount Veeder, Yountville, Coombsville, and Pritchard Hill. This blend captures the essence of Napa Valley in its soft yet vibrant style.

WINEMAKING

Crafted with a blend of all five Bordeaux varietals, our Cabernet Sauvignon-dominant Rosé Reserve undergoes whole cluster pressing, fostering complexity and liveliness. Fermented 70% in stainless steel tanks and 30% in neutral French oak, followed by six months of aging, results in a balanced and expressive wine.

Sight: Coral and marigold orange hues.

On the Nose: Aromas of candied orange peels, Bing cherries, peaches, and wet river rocks.

On the Palate: Delightful flavors of strawberry, raspberry, and tangerine sorbet, complemented by balanced acidity and a flinty, mineral finish.
